Starlight Sleep Consulting Inc., (“Starlight”) is a corporation owned and operated by Lindsay Zador. Lindsay Zador is a certified Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant, through Baby Sleep Consultant NZ. 

Starlight, Starlight facebook page, Instagram, www.starlightsleepconsulting.ca and other digital media outlets, promotes broad consumer understanding and knowledge of various health topics, including family and child sleep practices. All the information on this Website is published in good faith and for general information and educational purposes only. The information is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any changes the client makes to their baby’s sleeping or eating arrangements are the client’s decision and Starlight only suggests changes, of which the client is responsible for choosing to implement.

Starlight will use reasonable efforts to include up-to-date and accurate information on this Internet site, but makes no representations, warranties, or assurances as to the accuracy, currency, or completeness of the information provided. Starlight shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to death or injury resulting from the client’s access to Starlight or inability to access Starlight, this Internet site, digital media, or from the client’s reliance on any information provided at this Internet site.

You may not for any reason, distribute, modify, duplicate, transmit, reuse, repost, or use the content of the site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without Starlight’s written permission.

From Starlight’s Web site, you can visit other Web sites by clicking on links from our Web site to theirs. While Starlight strives to provide only links to useful and ethical Web sites, Starlight has no control over the content and nature of these sites, and the links to other Web sites do not imply recommendations or endorsements for the Web sites or the content found on them.

Starlight only has access to collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily give, such as; name, address, phone, and billing information via email or other direct contact from the client. Starlight will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Starlight will use your personally identifiable information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted Starlight. Starlight will not share personal information with any third party other than as necessary to provide services unless required to do so by law e.g. to ship an order/prize.

Full Payment for all packages will be required upon the return of the questionnaire and contract. Once the payment is received in full, you will receive an acknowledgement and an approximate time of receiving your plan. In home Packages and Groups will be confirmed once payment has been made.

Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to receiving the plan will only result in a refund of 50% of the fee. Prior to 72 Hours, 100% will be refunded. As soon as you receive the plan, refunds are no longer eligible. 

Bookings outside of Canada may incur an additional booking fee to cover additional transaction costs. 

Travel to a client’s dwelling is addressed on a person to person basis, and is at the discretion of Starlight, however any travel, within 30 Kilometers is included in the package but an additional fee may be charged if Starlight is required to travel further than 30 Kilometers.
